Acturelly, there many members of GB LS are living in North American, so you don't have to worry about this question a lot.
When I want to play with TW members, I usually try late evenings (because there are many 廢人 in this LS and they start to play in the early afternoons... ^^") If I want to join major events, I usually have to wake up in the morning... >"<
Also, there are advantages to play in the afternoon... easy making $$ la!
Conclusion, if you want to make monsy, try afternoons. If you want to PT, try the late evenings. If able, wake up early in the morning in the weekends... ^^
