Dear brothers/buddies,
My first character is now, eventually, over lv30 in WHM, and my support job BLM is now lv12.
Can anyone help me the following questionssss?
1) Although I am lv30, I still cannot receive any quest in Jueno. I think that is because I haven't completed enough quests when I am in Windust. As I know that we can receive a quest from the gate - "carrying supply to the outpost". Will it be counted to the number of quest completed?
2) I know that it is time for me to get TaruTaru equipments. Does anyone have information on how I can get those items? I don't want to buy them from Auction.
3) While i am lving my WHM to lv30, luckily I got the quest item - Red xx for new job from Acrop... (Leech). I have just received the quest in Windust. Am I possible to get those weather by myself?? Our I should get help from others?
4) For a TaruTaru in WHM31/BLM12, how can I do solo? What sort of monster I can fight with? What sort of equipment I need to wear?

1) As for carrying supply, that's not quest, that's for country reputation point. So you would still need to do more quests in the three main countries first in order to get quests from Jeuno.
2) I remember there are some information in 精華區, or you can go to http://www3.big.or.jp/~wanpaku/FFXI/index.cgi to check. It would be a little hard for you to get keys because key monsters are not as easy as you think. You will need at least LV40 or LV45 to be safe.
3) Of course you are able to get those weather status by yourself. To avoid being attacked by monsters, you can simply ride chocobo to the places desired. Remember, firstly go to Upper Jeuno near flower shop, there is an NPC broadcasting weather forecast. Go check the weather first then go to the place with the correct weather you need. As for Fire, it won't be broadcasted, so you can simply go to Meriphataud and wait until noon time. Please also note that thunder weather cannot be acquired from Qufim (Bug? Only Square knows).
4) WHM... Just go find a party to join... Solo will take forever, party kill will be a much faster choice. People are always looking for WHM, just wait a while and someone will automatically come after you.

1. About quests getting, you must to repeat some quests to increase your reputation. At different country, the reputation are counted individual. You can try to find some repeat quest first before you get the quest which you want.
2. About Tarutaru racial equipment, you can get quest procudure from this database. But you must kill some specific monster to get key. After you get key, the next step is find the Treature Chest. If you got quest and key already, you still need to check the racial equipment pop time. But it is hard solo by yourself....
3. I think you mean the Red Jade of Carbanculu. You must find the monsters named as "xxxxx Leech". If you are lucky, you can get the Red Jade very soon. About the weather, I think you can solo that. It need some more time and lucky....
4. Tarutaru lv31WHN/BLM...... This level is difficult to solo even you are a warrior. Never think about solo after you are level 20 above. Trust me, WHM/BLM is easy to get party. You just open PT green light and wait for somebody tell. Don't worry about that.

1. 請大家不要在問為什麼接不到任務或委託
原因很簡單, 因為你找錯人接, 當然接不到, 因為你名聲不夠, 即使找對人, 他也不理你
仔貓目前解了 223 個 Q , 還是有接不到的 Q 啊
所以不要再問為何接不到, 問你自己名聲為何不高吧

Thanks very much for your suggestions and information.
I have one more question regarding the "Red Jade" question:-
My question is how can I collect different weather?? Do I need to kill any monster (e.g.Leech) in those locations? Or I simply need to visit those locations with specific weather (without fighting)???
If I need to kill any monster in those locations before I can collect it, I am afraid that WHM cannot do solo in this quest.

收集天氣只要在轉換地圖而那裡有你沒收集的天氣,movie就會出現~
直到七指定天氣都拿到手, 你期待的小紅就會出現~

抱歉，英文很爛，所以打中文。
像小馬說的，只要轉換地圖時就可取得天氣，不需要打怪。
不過光收集天氣還不夠，等收集完畢所有天氣後，請參照這篇去取得職業與第一隻召喚獸。
