Hi all,
The problem is I changed my Internet Service Provider (ISP), let say from ISP A to ISP B. The first registration that I have made is using ISP A and they are using PPPoE connection network. But the new ISP B is using Ethernet network and I’m not able to login back to Playonline.
I can update the PlayOnline Viewer Ver from 1.08h (the one install from the CD) to Ver 1.09. By using the new ISP B.
When I selected my a/c and then connect to pol.
It show the following error:
either POL-0011 or POL-1160. Please help

Which ISP is that? Which connection way does this new ISP use?
PPPoE? DHCP? Static IP? You only said Ethernet connection, and above 3 ways I mentioned are all ethernet connections, but the connection method is different. This is the kind of information we need in order to go on. Please specify a little bit more, thanks. ^_^

I found out my ISP cannot connect to one of the pol server which is 61.195.48.236
and as I mentioned before the online registration and online help in pol are using different servers.
To all pol user, if you have this kind of problems please try
netstat -n (find out all the current connection)
ping xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (ping to those pol server)
If no reply from them then try
tracert xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (it will show up the trace route mapping, you may able to see which server have errors)
